I have decades of executive-level experience with companies such as Disney, Mattel, Hasbro, and NBCUniversal. I've had bosses with a strategic vision but poor communication, bosses who barely knew my name, bosses who only communicate via email, and bosses who have deftly brought me along on their leadership journey. I've had no boss, three bosses, and bosses who didn't even know they were my boss.
Throughout this, I kept lots of balls in the air while focusing on brand strategy, licensing, organizational management, P&L ownership, and sales strategy. I’ve had a front-row seat to the positive and career-altering impact a great leader brings to an organization. I’ve seen leaders unable to inspire their teams, leading to attrition, low profits, and poor morale. This front-row seat is what led me to Executive and Leadership Coaching.
Since receiving my CPC Certification as an Executive Coach, I’ve worked with senior management teams and individual leaders to increase profitability through deep culture change, focusing on empathetic leadership, clarity in communication, and team cohesion to inspire greater creativity and productivity.
